Return destination & postage
Approved returns are sent to our Changshu warehouse in China.
Ordinary returns: For ordinary, non-defective returns, customers are responsible for all costs of returning the item to our Changshu warehouse in China, including return shipping and any duties, taxes or clearance fees charged for the return shipment.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items: VogueTale covers the return-shipping costs and any duties, taxes or clearance fees charged for the return shipment. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can arrange the return.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact help@voguetale.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Return review: We review returned items within 1–2 business days after receipt at our warehouse and notify you of the outcome.
Refund issuance: For approved returns, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 1 business day of approval. Our review and refund issuance take 1–3 business days in total after receipt of the return.
Expected account credit: Our target is for the refund to reach your original payment account within 48 hours after issuance. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary and can take longer; this is additional to our processing period.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for ordinary, non-defective returns.
