1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
Be in original condition and packaging;
Include original tags and labels;
Not show signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear.
VogueTale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Final sale or clearance items;
Gift cards;
Intimate apparel, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products;
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:
Your order number;
The item(s) you wish to return;
The reason for the return.

Customers should not send items back without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VogueTale is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number;
Photos of the item and packaging;
A description of the issue.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Exchanges
At this time, VogueTale may not offer direct exchanges for all items.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, you may be asked to place a new order and return the original eligible item.
9. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
VogueTale reserves the right to investigate suspicious claims, abusive return behavior, or fraudulent chargebacks.
Accounts associated with fraudulent activity may be restricted or permanently suspended.
